We want to make you happy and thank you for shopping with us. For a limited time, we are offering free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous USA if all items in an order are shipped together to the same location.

* Exclusions apply: Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and all other countries outside the contiguous USA will be billed the actual shipping charges; please refer to our guidelines on International Shipping below.

** We only charge the standard sales tax on orders shipped within Wyoming. All other states, there is NO SALES TAX!


General Shipping Information

Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product. For most items, we normally take about 2-4 business days to process, carefully prepare and pack the items before they are ready for shipment. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm MST, excluding Holidays. This pre-ship processing time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is also needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your location.

For handmade items, as they are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for most items to ship. Cribs, beds, and case goods by Atlantic Furniture takes 3-5 days to ship and arrive in 4-8 business days.

All orders are generally shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, or on Common Carrier (ships and arrives in a large truck) for large furniture items. Please indicate during checkout if you are interested in express shipping. (Note: express shipping is not available for oversized furniture orders or International orders.) We will contact you by e-mail with tracking information when your items have been shipped. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail or phone. Note: Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not always arrive in the same box.


International Shipping

Many of the products that we carry are available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and International shipping. These items, if shipped outside the contiguous lower 48 states, are delivered at an additional charge for regular USPS, UPS or FedEx. International shipping costs have to be calculated manually to be accurate. Any international order that is placed will be stored in our system until actual shipping charges have been calculated. You will be contacted via e-mail between 24 and 48 hours from the date of the order and notified of these costs before your order is processed. Your credit card will not be charged until you have verified and accepted the charges. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees as these are billed separately upon delivery. You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and recover costs billed to us in the event that you refuse an international shipment because of duties and customs charged by your country.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we may not be able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines and we apologize for this inconvenience.

1. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. We do not currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
3. We may change these shipping restrictions at any time or offer shipping to a wider range of countries in the future as well. Please check back for any policy changes.


Address Change Policy

There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address you had entered during checkout. You must contact us within 24 hours of your order so that we can work with our vendors to make this change; however, if it is not possible, we will notify you and we will not charge this fee. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.


Oversized Items and Curbside Delivery

Because some items such as furniture are often too heavy and bulky to ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground, our vendors generally ship them on Common Carrier. Therefore, these large items may have a delivery surcharge which is applied during checkout and we do our best to only charge a portion of our actual shipping costs to our customers. If there is an oversized item surcharge, it will be clearly marked on the respective product pages. Oftentimes, we will cover this cost and extend the savings to our customers.

Common Carrier curbside deliveries are made to the driveway outside the house and require someone to be present during delivery to carry in. The delivery agent may require assistance for bulkier items. Transporting the item into the home or other area is the customer's responsibility. Individual drivers may provide some assistance, but it is not their expected responsibility.

Delivery agents are not equipped to dispose of packaging materials.

Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from the shipping date. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window. Deliveries are made via Common Carrier truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Please note the street of access must be at least 10 feet wide with an overhead clearance of at least 14 feet. If the street is smaller than this, additional handling charges may apply depending on the carrier. Contact us about availability/pricing for additional services.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your items carefully when they arrive! It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign. If a box is missing, you may accept the delivered pieces, make a note of the shortage on the delivery receipt, and contact us to locate the missing item(s).

If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, record the damages on the carrier's delivery receipt, and contact us as soon as is possible. We will immediately have the manufacturer ship a replacement and/or replacement parts to you as soon as the shipment has been received back at their warehouse. There will be no additional freight costs associated with sending the replacement.

If unacceptable damage is visible, please refuse the shipment, and ask the driver to note (on the delivery receipt) the specific damage and contact info@babynurseryandbeyond.com immediately to notify us of the refusal so that we can manage the exchange accordingly.

Once you have signed the delivery receipt, including any notation of damage, make sure to ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. Also, record the freight company's name, driver's name, and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

In the event the damaged merchandise is not seen until after the driver has left, Baby Nursery + Beyond MUST be notified within 24 hours of receipt so that we can give you directions on how to handle the exchange process. In all cases of damages we will ask for photos to be e-mailed to us, pictures of the damaged item(s) and the box they arrived in. Vendors, as do we, require that items are returned in their original packaging, unused, with all the original boxes. Baby Nursery + Beyond is no longer responsible for products that customers ship on their own after they have been delivered. Concealed damage noted after delivery (not marked on the carrier's delivery receipt) will be replaced free of charge, but the freight costs associated with sending the replacement item will be charged by the manufacturer.
